Returns — 30 Days
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In its original condition, with tags attached
To initiate a return, please email info@montelu.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Returns are only accepted for addresses within the United Kingdom.
We do not accept international returns.
Refunds — Within 10 Business Days
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are not covered by Montelu.
Customers are responsible for the cost of sending back their item.
We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
