Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing Montelu products, customers have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days without stating any reason. This period starts on the day the customer, or a designated third party, receives the product.
During this reflection period, the customer must handle the product and packaging with care.
Notification of withdrawal must be submitted in writing or via email within 14 days of receipt. The product must then be returned within the following 14 days in its original condition, including all accessories.

Costs of Withdrawal

If the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after Montelu has received the returned product or sufficient proof of return.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

Montelu reserves the right to exclude withdrawal for customized products, perishable goods, sealed goods unsuitable for return after unsealing, and audio, video, or software products once seals are broken.
Services involving accommodation, transport, catering, or leisure activities with a specific execution date are also excluded.

Pricing

During the validity period mentioned in the offer, prices of products and/or services will not be increased, except for VAT rate changes.
Montelu may offer products subject to price fluctuations beyond its control without prior notice.

Conformity and Warranty

Montelu guarantees that its products and/or services meet the agreement, stated specifications, and reasonable requirements for reliability and usability.
Defective or incorrectly delivered products must be reported to Montelu within 14 days after delivery and returned in original condition.

Delivery and Fulfillment

Montelu exercises the utmost care when receiving and fulfilling orders.
The address provided by the customer is considered the delivery address unless stated otherwise.
Delays in delivery entitle the customer to terminate the agreement without cost.

Duration Contracts, Termination and Renewal

The customer may terminate an indefinite contract at any time with a notice period of one month.
Fixed-term agreements will terminate unless expressly renewed under new conditions.

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise, the customer must pay all owed amounts within 7 working days after the start of the reflection period.
The customer must ensure that payment details are accurate and complete.

Complaints Procedure

Complaints regarding the execution of the agreement must be reported to Montelu clearly and fully described within 7 days after discovery.
Montelu will handle complaints carefully and promptly.

Disputes

All agreements between Montelu and its customers are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Disputes may only be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Duties and Taxes

Any additional customs duties or import charges are not included in the listed prices and remain the customer's responsibility.
